Abstract

In this research article, its author presents the results of his research, thematically dedicated to determining the representation, in the world's means of phaleristics, of thematic, anatomical badges, with images on their front part/obverse, images of the joints of the lower limb of the human skeleton. In total, this article presents 45 screenshots of thematic badges depicting various human joints of the lover limb [1-8].

Aim of study

The purpose of this article is to present the thematic anatomical badges found, as a result of the author’s research, with images on their front part - the obverse - of the joints of the lower limb of the human skeleton, both in black and white and in color.

Introduction

The study of various issues that are related to medicine and, with such an important, basic discipline as human anatomy, is always a relevant and in demand issue. Of particular importance to this issue is its connection with the means of collecting and, in particular, with such an auxiliary scientific discipline as phaleristics. The reflection on thematic anatomical badges, as in this case, of the different joints of the human skeleton, is very visual, informative and interesting, this is, a kind of mini-atlas of anatomy, in the section on the study of different types of human joints, but in the reflection of anatomical phaleristics (author’s definition this article). When writing this article, while searching for similar materials, unfortunately, its author did not find any similar, thematically similar collection materials, or research articles on a similar topic. This gives us the right to believe that the research carried out by the author of this research work is pioneering in the study of this area of thematic section of collecting, in particular, phaleristics.

Materials and Methods

When writing this article, the authors searched, selected and analyzed all available sources of information relating to the display of information about the anatomy of the joints of the human skeleton, using such a collection tool as phaleristics. First of all, the author of this article used the Internet pages and sites of phalerist collectors interested in and dealing with this issue. These were articles and collections of illustrative material devoted to the anatomy of the bones of the human skeleton. All illustrative material presented in the article is made in the form of screenshot copies created by the author of this research article, indicating where they were borrowed on the Internet, with full and mandatory compliance with copyright.

Results and discussion

To begin the presentation of thematic icons dedicated to various joints of the human skeleton, I would like to begin with the presentation of collectible images, a phaleristic selection, thematic anatomical icons (26 copies of screenshots are presented), depicting the human knee joint, and the bones that form it: the femur, the fibula and tibia, patella bones [1-8].

The following collectible phaleristic, anatomical selection, consisting of 19 thematic icons, with an image on their front surface/obverse, of the ankle joint and joints of the human foot, is presented in Figure 2 [1-8].

This concludes another research article devoted to the study of the issue of representation in phaleristics, thematic, anatomical icons dedicated to various joints of the human skeleton. The author is preparing new articles devoted to the reflection of human anatomy in various means of collecting.

Conclusion

1. In the presented author’s scientific work, devoted to the reflection of the joints of the lower limb of the human skeleton, in phaleristics, on thematic icons, he quite fully revealed the topic being studied, harmoniously combining the textual information of the article with vivid illustrative material.

2. Presented in the form of scanned drawings, numerous thematic illustrations are quite appropriate, voluminous and quite informative.

3. Scientific articles of this kind are quite acceptable and quite informative, and can also decorate any medical publication around the world.
