Abstract

The evidence of outstanding scientists testifying to the insolvency of the quantum-relativistic subconscious is presented, and it is proposed to change the currently dominant anti-scientific paradigm by solving their own mechanical models of Faraday and Maxwell for scientific discussion and making the right decision in choosing the path of further research.

Introduction

"The extraordinary seriousness of the sad consequences of the crisis in natural science for the fates of earth’s civilization is not apprehended by the mighty of this world, "bureaucratized infected monopoly nomenclature elite of the Russian Academy of Sciences /G.S. Khromov/" and not brought to the consciousness of the broad masses." Professor V.V. Kuzmin. [1]

"Almost from time immemorial, from Democritus and Epicurus, through Archimedes, Descartes, Galileo, Newton, Faraday, Maxwell, Helmholtz to Hertz, Kelvin and Rayleigh clearly dominated the desire to create a mechanical picture of the world.  According to the great representative of classical mechanics V. Thomson: "The true meaning of the question: do we understand or do not understand the physical phenomenon-is as follows: can we build our own mechanical model or not?»"- was forced to admit the former President of the Academy of Sciences of the USSR, academician S. I. Vavilov.

"The new facts were, however, and remain now, in this sense, to understand – continues Sergey Vavilov. The collapse of the mechanical worldview and the enormous growth of mathematical symbolism drew physicists either towards a stubborn, stubborn rejection of new physics, hopeless attempts at mechanical explanation of non-mechanical phenomena, or to idealism of various forms and shades.

There were no other ways, if we talk about the spontaneous roads of experimenters who did not think about the methodological lessons of the new physics.

The metaphysical materialists are essentially vanquished, and vanquished, above all, by practice, by the concrete results of the new physics, and by the utter practical sterility of their own conjectures.  In the field of solving specific fundamental issues, mechanical physics has not yielded anything over the past 30 years.  These enemies, the last Mohicans, have long suffered a decisive defeat." [2], p. 26
"Looking back at the development of physics, we see that soon after its birth, the ether became a 'degenerate' in the family of physical substances. The construction of a simple mechanical model of ether proved impossible and was discarded. This was largely due to the collapse of the mechanical point of view. After so many failures, there comes a time when you should completely forget about the ether and try never to mention it again. The only way out is to assume that space has the physical property of transmitting electromagnetic waves, and not to care too much about the meaning of this statement...". [3], p. 145
However, the hopes and promises of the creators of the quantum-relativistic subconscious, rejecting the materialistic doctrine, were not fulfilled.
Today, the anti-scientific essence of the quantum-relativistic subconscious is no longer in doubt not only among scientists of the world scientific community, President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin, but even among the creators of this temple of epochal paradoxes.
Realizing the failure of his theories, A. Einstein was forced to admit that "physicists consider me an old fool, but I am convinced that in the future development of physics will go in a different direction than hitherto" A. Einstein. [4]
And in 1951, on his birthday, Albert Einstein was photographed with his tongue hanging out. Perhaps this is all what he was capable of in his unfavorable position.
"This picture was made back in 1951, on the day of Einstein's birth. That evening, Einstein was tired, and when he was told to pose in front of the camera, he suddenly put out his tongue and instantly photographer made this funny picture. Photo very much was pleasant to the scientist, and he gave a copy of the program host, Howard Smith, and on the other side of the card was signed: "You will like this gesture, because it is all mankind"". What he wrote in his photograph with his tongue hanging out Einstein.  bolshoyvopros.ru > ...fotografii-s-vysunutym-jazykom renounced their creations and the creators of quantum theories, who said:
"This picture of material reality today is so shaky and questionable, as it was not before. We know a lot of interesting details, we learn new things every day. But we still can not select from the basic representations one that can be considered as firmly established and on the basis of which it is possible to build a solid structure. The widely held opinion of scientists proceeds from the fact that it is generally impossible to give an objective picture of reality in the sense that it was given to it earlier. Only optimists among us (to whom I include myself) take this for philosophical exaltation, for the step of despair in the face of a big crisis. We hope that this hesitation of our ideas means only a painful process of transformation, which will ultimately lead to a better result than the disorderly set of formulas that today covers our subject". E. Schrödinger. [5], p. 37.
"Can nature really be as absurd as it appears to us in these atomic experiments? Is it true that in nature there is only such an experimental situation, which is expressed by the mathematical formalism of quantum theory?
Unified Theory of field could be the subject of speculation for Einstein; to this day it is absolutely necessary theoretical physics. Of course, one might ask whether this theory is a unified field theory or any other mathematical tools are more suitable to describe the experiments. But this future theory must be united, embracing the totality of empirical fields. In the present state of physics we are still far from a complete solution of all the problems ... But the program ... has retained its philosophical strength in spite of, or rather, thanks to all the new experimental data on elementary particles and this program (against which so actively resists Academy Science in the face of academicians   author offers perhaps the most exciting area of research of our time". V. Heisenberg. [6], p. 93, 96.
"All opponents of the quantum theory are uniform, however, in one point …   desirable would be a return to the concept of the reality of classical physics, or, speaking more generally, to the ontology of materialism, in other words, to the idea of an objective real world". V. Heisenberg. [7], p.16
Summarizing the opinions of scientists on the way to implement the program of overcoming the crisis situation created by the quantum-relativistic subconscious, V. Heisenberg States that "it would be desirable to return to the concept of reality of classical physics, or, speaking in a more General form, to the ontology of materialism, in other words, to the idea of an objective real world".
"The collapse of the traditional mechanism, or rather the criticism to which it was subjected, led to the following situation: science also failed. From impossibility to keep simply and exclusively traditional mechanism concluded about impossibility of science". Abel Ray. Professor of history and philosophy.  [8], p. 270
"The essence of crisis of modern physics consists in breaking old laws and main principles, in rejection of an objective reality out of consciousness that is in the replacement of materialism with idealism and agnosticism …
The materialistic basic spirit of physics, as well as all modern natural sciences, will win all and all crises, but only with indispensable replacement of materialism metaphysical materialism dialectic" .V.I. Lenin. [8], p.  239.
"When we will move forward so good that we can give the mechanic ether, then, of course, it will come into a lot of things such as today assigned to physics".  Friedrich Engels. [9], p. 88.
"In solving fundamental problems, we will succeed only if we establish broad international cooperation, the interaction of states, business, and combine the efforts of scientists from a wide variety of scientific schools and fields. Technological development will become truly global if it is not crushed and restrained by attempts to monopolize progress, restrict access to education, and set barriers to the free exchange of knowledge and ideas, “said the President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin speaking at the second Global Summit on Production and Industrialization.
Therefore, of course, the need is finally ripe to return to the resolution of their own mechanical models of physical interactions, developed by Faraday and Maxwell, forgotten because of the dogmatic reverence for the "stupidity, absurdity and incompetence in philosophical thinking" of those who, by the definition of the great Isaac Newton, allows the interaction of bodies through the void.
"Our own science, first of all its basis - fundamental science, is now in a critical state... Science must be protected from itself, from its unviable organizational structure, from its bureaucratized nomenclature elite infected by monopolism" of the Russian Academy of Sciences. G. S. Khromov. President of the all-Union astronomical and geodetic society under the USSR Academy of Sciences. [10]
"From all the preceding it follows that the creation of a physical theory covering the widest range of phenomena is difficult and probably completely impossible on the grounds of denying the primary meaning of the medium and on the basis of objectifying action at a distance as the primary physical phenomenon.
Until now, the general physical theory does not yet exist in a complete form. But one can legitimately express that in the future physical thought will return to the fundamental views of Faraday and Maxwell, develop them by taking into account all new achievements and complete the construction of a general physical theory ... in any case, the Faraday-Maxwellian point of view on the question of direct Participation of the environment in all physical processes is the only conceivable guiding thread for the further successful development of modern physics ...
Me and for sure all the ideological opponents of the group headed by academicians A.F. Ioffe and S.I. Vavilov, object only to the erroneous methods of interpreting physical processes against those methods that lead to physical idealism, hamper the development of ideas that can correspond to the real nature of phenomena and therefore inhibit the further progress of physical science". V. F. Mitkevich. Academician of the Russian Academy of Sciences. [11], p. 146.
In the materials of the author's research, "Science needs protection from pseudoscientific fraudsters who have usurped the power of the world scientific community. On the mechanical essence of physical interactions, philosophical and natural-scientific insolvency of the quantum-relativistic subconscious" Moscow. Ed. "Sputnik+", 2018 (see also http://newtonsociety.ru/science-needs-protection-2017.doc Russian and English languages) it is proposed to implement the program of overcoming the crisis provoked by the quantum-relativistic subconscious in natural science and philosophy, as well as the revival of materialistic views of outstanding scientists of all times and peoples by building a General theory of physical interactions by "changing the currently dominant anti-scientific paradigm" by solving their own mechanical models of Faraday and Maxwell, for scientific discussion and making the right decision in choosing the path of further research.
In the current conditions, when all available means, including through the curricula of schools and universities, the mass media, the public are imposed on the unscientific quantum - relativistic subconscious, in-depth study, development and propaganda of the works of the classics of natural science and dialectical materialism is the most important direction of the struggle for science, culture, against barbarism, savagery and the demise of civilization.

Without a doubt, earthly civilization, ruled by distraught governments, inciting and unleashing world fires, for which they are awarded the Nobel Prizes of the “world”, is moving by leaps and bounds to inevitable death according to the scenario of the planet Phaeton.
But there is still a chance through the joint efforts of scientists, progressive statesmen and public figures, who are not indifferent to the wide sections of the population, protecting science, saving the Earth from a nuclear catastrophe or the death of a distraught civilization is inevitable.
P.S. Given the extreme importance of "bringing to consciousness of the masses of extraordinary severity of sad consequences of crisis in natural Sciences for the fate of earth civilization", the author hopes that publishers will show interest to the materials research, assist in the translation of monographs on languages of the world and widespread dissemination.

The review prompted us to review the relevant literature again and look at the limitations of the study. The peer reviewers were open, clear in the instructions and the editorial team was very prompt in their communication. This journal certainly publishes quality research articles. I would recommend the journal for any future publications.
